These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of rikada-led.com (the "Website"), operated by RIKADA LIGHTING ("Rikada", "we", "us"), No. 3, 2nd Floor, Maleha Street, Warehouses Land, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
The Website presents Rikada, our LED lighting products, services and projects, and lets you view our catalogues and contact us. It is intended for business and professional customers. Products cannot be bought directly on the Website.
2. Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, datasheets, images and catalogues accurate and up to date. However:
- information is provided for general guidance and may change without notice as products are developed
- images are illustrative; colours, finishes and light output may differ from what you see on screen
- not every product is available in every country or at all times
- technical data should be confirmed with our team before you specify, order or install a product
Nothing on the Website is a binding offer. Prices, quotations, delivery, warranties and other commercial terms are agreed only in a written quotation, order confirmation or contract from Rikada, and those documents take priority over the Website.
3. Enquiries and quotations
When you contact us through the Website, you agree to provide accurate information. A reply or quotation from us does not create a contract until it is confirmed in writing by Rikada. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website and its content (including text, product photos, project images, drawings, datasheets, catalogues, logos, the Rikada name and design) are owned by Rikada or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws of the UAE and other countries.

Any other use, including copying, republishing, selling, or using our name or logos, requires our prior written permission.

- use the Website in a way that breaks any law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, its admin area or any connected system

The Website links to services run by others, such as Google Drive (catalogues), maps and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are written in English; if they are translated, the English version prevails.
